# Terms of use

Use the service for lawful requests. Safety checks may refuse harmful requests; in a crisis, dedicated support replaces the comparison of options.

## Limits of recommendations

dilem helps you think; you decide whether to follow its recommendations. Results may be incomplete or wrong and do not replace a professional for medical, legal or financial decisions.

## Quota and usage

100 dilemmas and 20 dictation minutes/day/browser. Per UTC day and browser. Clarifications before the first recommendation are included. After a recommendation, each new calculation uses a dilemma credit.

Only audio sent for transcription counts, including pauses. Reserved time that was not sent is released at the end.
